Hello! I’m Yvonne, your 2014 – 2015 President. I’m from Lemoore, CA, an obscure little town in central California where the cows moo, and I’m a senior this year in Civil Engineering. I have a love for clothes and running but an even greater love for burritos! There’s plenty of time to get to know more about me this year, but before I wrap this up I’d also like to share a little bit as to why I joined Circle K and more importantly, why I’m still here.

 

Like many of our members, I joined because 1) I had an interest in community service and 2) I waslooking for a placed a belonged here at SDSU. I found the service I was looking for sure, but little did I know that this club would sooner than later become more like family to me! Circle K was welcoming from my first general meeting and since then I’ve made some of my closest friends and learned so much not only about myself but about growing as a leader. I’m still learning every day, but I’m excited and looking forward to serving all of you alongside the other members of the 2014 – 2015 Board (:
