About Us
What is Circle k?
Circle K International is a collegiate community service organization. That is, our members are all college students, and we govern ourselves, too! The three tenants, or values we promote, of Circle K are: Service, Leadership and Fellowship.
Here at SDSU Circle K, we have community service projects available every weekend (and a few opportunities during the week as well) from feeding the homeless, to beach clean ups, to lending a hand at the Alzheimer’s center, to packaging food at the San Diego food bank.
However, we don’t just do community service all the time! Circle K is also a great
org to meet new people. You’ll hear a lot from our members that they “came for the service, but stayed for the people”. In addition to weekly service projects, we also host socials including (but not limited to) Yogurtland/Tap Ex runs, beach days, weekly soccer games, ice-skating, karaoke, and soooo much more!
We have various programs for members to bond with our circle k family, such as the family system and the mentor/ mentee program. These programs have helped members to grow within our club and make life-long friends.
